Rebellion The Recaller / Gambia ft. Swizerland

Rebellion or Bafode Drame is a young artist from “the smiley coast” – Gambia. Unlike many reggae artist, but like 98% of Gambia,  Rebellion has a firm muslim belief. He dedicates his music to both the muslim and non-muslim people of the world.  He has his own very carachteristic way of speking/singing that somehow just talks to me.

He asks some good questions, like “Why no food?”

Here are some great tunes.

Rebellion and Phenomden (Switzerland)

Grow With Me Riddim – By Rebellion the Recaller

(A Riddim means that one person/artist/band/producer makes a music rhythm (song) and then other artists take the music and makes their own text to it, their own version. This is extremely common in reggae dancehall music) On this Riddim you also hear Black Dillinger, Gyptian, Jah Cure and Sizzla

The two most important things in life are love and music. I would almost say that they are the same; love is life and life is music. Perfect love!
